5. Registration
Pre-registration for the competition is available until 24.07.24. On the day of the start, the participant must be at least 18 years old.

The cost of the medal is 180 UAH
5.1. Registration Discounts
- Participants over 50 years old are entitled to an additional discount of 20% (the difference between the year of competition and the year of birth must be more than 50)
- 50% discount for the military
- Members of running clubs have a 10% discount when registering from 6 runners (club representatives) for the race (any distance)

5.2. Re-registration to another person.
The service of re-registration to another person is paid, the cost is 100 UAH. Re-registration for another person is possible no later than July 24, 2024 (inclusive), for this you need to write a letter telegram @timingevents
5.3. The entry fee includes:
- Exhibitor number
- Pins
- Chip system maintenance
- Drinks and food at the feeding stations on the route
- Finisher's medal (if this option is selected)
- IDLO Bar
- Driver bar from Zhytomyr delicacies

- Discounts from partners
5.4. Conditions for the return of the entry fee
In case of refusal to participate in the competition and prior notification of the Organizers by e-mail info@tvoiapryhoda.run, the following scheme of compensation of the entry fee applies:
- notification until July 7, 2024 – compensation of 80% of the contribution, or transfer of this amount to another race from Your Adventure 2024
- after July 7, 2024 – no refund of the fee or transfer to another race
6. To receive a starter pack, you must provide:
- passport
- Must-have equipment
We recommend that you undergo a medical examination and take out sports health insurance on the eve of the competition.
7. Summing up and awarding
Absolute. The winner of the competition is determined by the shortest time to complete the entire route. At all distances, the test is held in the following categories
- MO (Men Open) – Men
- WO (Women Open) – жінки
Participants who have won prizes on each course are awarded with prize certificates and gifts from partners.
8. Must-Have Gear
The list of mandatory equipment can be changed downwards under favorable weather conditions. The final list of equipment will be published on July 25 on the VsiRun website and on the Your Adventure social networks. In case of absence, at the finish line or at any checkpoint, the participant receives mandatory equipment penalty of 30 minutes.

We recommend you to check additional mail folders. If you do not receive the email, or if you are aware that an error has occurred while filling in the email address, please contact us via e-mail at info@timingevents.com or Telegram. The ticket can also be downloaded to the user's personal office.
In the first 24 hours after registration, the participant can change the category/distance free of charge. To do this, you need to write to the Customer Care Service and we will help you quickly. If more than 24 hours have passed after payment, the change of data/category/distance is made exclusively on the paid basis. The price is UAH 250. Please note that the price may be changed if this is indicated in the event regulations. When returning a ticket, the commission of the TicketMe service as a service provider for the sale of tickets in the online environment will be withheld. If the ticket was purchased through a ticket distributor's website, the distributor's commission for ticket distribution services will be withheld from the price paid.
You must submit an application to our Customer Care System, which will provide a promo code for the new participant, and your registration will be canceled. Please note that the new participants have to pay a Commission in the amount of 250 UAH and a service fee for re-registration. For the day before the event the fee is 450 UAH. The service fee will not be refunded, regardless of the reason why the tickets are returned – even if the event is canceled accordingly.
This is the fee for order processing and the work of TicketMe Timing Events service. In case of cancellation of registration - fee for services is not returned.
