Charity sports event "Blooming Garden 2024"!
Date: May 19, 2024
Location: Farm "Hudz", village Trybukhivtsi, Ternopil region
The competition is held to raise funds for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, popularize and promote mass running events in Ukraine, as well as:
- promotion and propaganda of a healthy lifestyle;
- boosting competitive spirit among athletes and enthusiasts;
- engaging the wider public in active participation in physical activities and sports;
- promotion of products from the "Hudz" farm, introduction to the enterprise;
- creating a good mood for participants and guests of the holiday.
Distances:
10 km and 5 km
Children's races:
500m - 13-15 years old (or specify birth years)
300m - 10-12 years old
100m - 6-9 years old
100m run for children with special needs
Route:
1 lap = 10 km, surface - cobblestone, dirt road;
1 lap = 5 km, surface - cobblestone, dirt road;
children's races surface - cobblestone
Registration for the competition:
Participants are admitted to the competition under the condition of proper and timely registration for the competition.
Registration is possible online on the Timing Events website.
Electronic registration of participants is open until May 17, 2024, or until the participant limit is reached.
A participant is considered registered if they have filled out the application and paid the entry fee. The competition organizer reserves the right to suspend or completely close registration without warning in case the participant limit is reached.
The registration fee paid by the competition participant is non-refundable under any circumstances. For example, if a competition participant cannot take part in the competition, complete the chosen distance, does not meet the time limit, or if the participant is disqualified or the competition is canceled due to force majeure circumstances, etc. In case of registration cancellation, the money will not be refunded.
Registration on the day of the race will not be conducted.
The cost of the entry fee for the race:
5 km - 300 UAH until May 5, 400 UAH until May 17
10 km - 400 UAH until May 5, 500 UAH until May 17
(the funds are transferred for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine)
Children's races registration is free.
The starter pack includes:
- race number;
- electronic chip for recording the result;
- online diploma with the result
The finisher's pack includes:
- finisher's medal;
- apples
- chips
- 120g puree 2 pcs.
- 180g juice 2 pcs.
- Water
- online diploma with the result

The Blossoming Garden 2024 is a charity event, all participants' entry fees will be donated to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The winners and medalists are awarded with the support of the event's partner.
Winners and medalists receive commemorative prizes.
All participants in the 5 km and 10 km races and children's races who finish within the control time receive a commemorative medal at the finish.
In the 5 km and 10 km races, awards are given for 1st to 3rd place in men and women in the overall ranking.
Also, in the 5 km and 10 km races, a male and female participant from Trybukhivska TG will be determined who show the best result.
Participants are responsible for their health during the run.
During an air alarm, all participants must take cover.

In the first 24 hours after registration, the participant can change the category/distance free of charge. To do this, you need to write to the Customer Care Service and we will help you quickly. If more than 24 hours have passed after payment, the change of data/category/distance is made exclusively on the paid basis. The price is UAH 250. Please note that the price may be changed if this is indicated in the event regulations. When returning a ticket, the commission of the TicketMe service as a service provider for the sale of tickets in the online environment will be withheld. If the ticket was purchased through a ticket distributor's website, the distributor's commission for ticket distribution services will be withheld from the price paid.
You must submit an application to our Customer Care System, which will provide a promo code for the new participant, and your registration will be canceled. Please note that the new participants have to pay a Commission in the amount of 250 UAH and a service fee for re-registration. For the day before the event the fee is 450 UAH. The service fee will not be refunded, regardless of the reason why the tickets are returned – even if the event is canceled accordingly.
This is the fee for order processing and the work of TicketMe Timing Events service. In case of cancellation of registration - fee for services is not returned.
